Welcome to 2015, a new year, a fresh start. I love when a new year rolls around... That means the hustle and bustle of the holidays is over and I can catch up on the to do lists (haha). But for real, I'm excited and motivated to get some stuff done. Listed below were my goals from 2014, let's see how I did:
1. Organize the entire house. Eeek, I'm nervous about this one. I have a great guideline though that I found here. 52 Weeks to An Organized Home
I made it about two months on this one and since I have a new house now, better put it on my 2015 list.
2. Transform our office into a playroom for the girls. Not a small task since our office is a total disaster and catch-all right now.
Never did this and in a new house so I'll act like I can check this one off.
3. Take the girls on their first boat and plane rides. Do I see a vacation in my future?
Check and check! We went to Siesta Key, Florida in April and Wisconsin in August and were able to do these things in both places.
4. Get 9 hours of solid, continuous sleep. I cannot wait for this one!
Yes, I did this like once or twice... So check!
5. Finish the girls' baby books. Something I haven't started but I don't want them to be like 12 years old when I finish their baby books. Gotta get working.
Never started :(. So can't check this off, going to definitely make time to do this in 2015.
6. Find time to work out again. This may be tough but I don't necessarily need to go to a gym, just find time in my day to throw in some push ups and squats. I need to get this body back.
Not an official work out, but I count going up/down stairs three at a time holding 21ish lbs a workout. So check!
And because I'm trying to be realistic, I'm not adding any goals besides what I didn't finish up last year. So organize my new house and make baby books are my 2015 goals. If I can get in a work out here or there, great! I can't wait for this year and watching my trio grow and explore. I'm loving my crazy life!
